Armantine Villa (St. Martin)


This newly constructed beautiful villa can be your home away from home while you're on vacation. This beachfront property is located in a gated community on the French side of the island. The island is called St. Martin. The city is called French Cul de Sac and the zip code is 97150. The villa is named Armantine Villa, and the street is Rue de Terrasse de Cul de Sac. The link to find the villa on Google Maps is http://g.co/maps/zpmev. The address on Google Maps is not yet updated, it still says that the island is part of Guadeloupe. However, it has already seceded from Guadeloupe since 2007 and officially became the Collectivity of Saint Martin. The beach is named Armantine, which is a 10 minute walk from Orient beach and 5 minutes by car to catch the boat to Pinel Island (Yellow Beach). This villa can host up to 6 people comfortably with its master bedroom and 2 guest rooms. Each bedroom has its own attached full bathroom. It has two additional half baths: one in the garage and the other by the bar area.

• One free buffet dinner for you and your guests done by our family at Dove's Nest ( hosted once a week in a communal area for having a BBQ with fresh lobster or whichever crustacean is the catch of the day, usually Wednesday night)

• Exterior shower, exterior barbeque grill, coral reef for excellent snorkeling, 6 beach chairs and 6 beach umbrellas available

• Access to all of the land, including the private beach, the 14 friendly horses, 10 minute trail to Orient Beach and everything else on the land

The property sits on a protected natural reservation, which includes the land and the coral reef. It makes for a wonderful snorkeling experience. There are about 14 horses that graze on the land and they are very friendly. It is definitely a place to relax and enjoy your vacation at peace. Nearby, there are many restaurants and a 5-10 minute drive to Grand Case will help you find the finest dining in the Caribbean!

You can book a reservation for $250 a night per couple. Children under the age of 4 are free. There is a flat rental fee for a baby graco crib for $10 per week. For additional guests, you can book a vacation at this beautiful villa for $125 for each additional guest per night. The week of Christmas and the week of New Year's will be a flat rate of $3200.

Example: Book the first week of December 2011 for 6 people for a total of $1700 for the week. That comes out to $47.23 per person per night, much cheaper than a hotel. You will definitely get more for your money!

The property owner lives on the island and will meet you in St. Martin. Please bring money for a taxi. It is typically $50 one way to the house for a taxi ride. We recommend car rentals. If you need a car rental, you can go to http://www.acerentacar.com/landing/lp_sxmt01.aspx or rent a car at the airport 
and you can follow the owner's car from the airport to the house. Make sure you provide your flight information, such as flight number, time of arrival, and any special requests you may have (wheelchair, etc.).
